Lunch vs Breakfast

"Hmmm...  It looks like a rock.  I don't think we can eat it."

In the words of professor Phil Brown, "It's far more important to PACK A GOOD LUNCH than it is to eat a good breakfast."  If you're pressed for time in the morning and you haven't yet prepared a lunch, skip breakfast and pack a big lunch.  You'll be very glad you did!  Even a small lunch with no breakfast is far better than a big breakfast and no lunch.
If you're leading the field crew, your workers may not realize this.  Though you're not a babysitter, and though it may not be your job to actually provide the food, a little good advice never hurts.
